The following convenience stores are supported.
・Daily Yamazaki Make a note of the "online payment number/payment number" notified by this site when purchasing products, and go to each convenience store. Tell the store cashier "online payment", enter the "online payment number" on the cashier's screen for customers, and pay the price.
・FamilyMart Make a note of the "receipt number" (or "customer number" and "confirmation number") notified by this site when purchasing products, and go to the FamilyMart store. Enter the number into the multimedia terminal Famiport installed in the store, and pay at the cash register with the issued application ticket.
・Lawson ・Ministop Make a note of the “customer number” and “confirmation number” notified by this site when purchasing the product, and go to the Lawson or Ministop store. Enter the number into the multimedia terminal Loppi or MINISTOPLoppi installed in the store, and pay at the cash register with the issued application ticket.
・ Seicomart Start the procedure at the club station terminal installed at the Seicomart store. *Excuse me, but payment in advance at each convenience store payment will be accepted. *Payment deadline is 10 days from the date of purchase.

About shipping and delivery
Shipping for tying traps, parts, and other anti-animal goods
Trap traps and parts other than heavy items are uniformly 1,100 yen (tax included) nationwide. All over Japan, we will deliver directly by Sagawa Express.*Additional shipping charges may be incurred for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

Regarding delivery
The time from ordering to delivery varies depending on the product availability and delivery area, but as a general guideline, it will be within 5 business days.Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In addition, the products you ordered will only be shipped on weekday business days. Please note that shipping may be delayed depending on the arrival status of the product.
In the case of bank transfer (prepayment), the order will be confirmed after the payment is confirmed, and the product will be shipped within 5 business days after the order is confirmed.
If you order multiple items, we will ship all items as soon as the item with the longest estimated shipping time is ready for shipment. Please note.
Regarding the long-term absence of the recipient after the product has been shipped
After the product has been shipped, if the delivery is not completed due to the absence of the customer and the product is returned to our shop after the storage period at the shipping company has expired, the order will be automatically canceled.In addition, the customer will be charged for the actual shipping costs incurred when returning the product. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation/return/exchange
If the delivered product has defects or is different from the ordered product
We take all possible measures regarding quality control and delivery, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.We will replace the product with a non-defective product at our expense.
If any of the above applies to you, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience
Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience, such as "the product is different from what I imagined", "I bought it at another store after ordering, so it is no longer needed", etc., must be unopened and unused. Only within 7 days after product delivery.Please contact the following by email or phone.
If you have not contacted the shop in advance, we are very sorry, but we cannot accept it.
However, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee, settlement fee (including the cash-on-delivery fee in the case of cash-on-delivery settlement), settlement processing fee, and return shipping fee.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following reasons.
○ Products that have been opened or used. However, if the product is defective, we will accept returns regardless of whether the product has been opened or not.
