about the order
- Q: Can you issue a receipt?

A: We will send you a receipt as an email attachment when the product is shipped. On the cart screen, please enter the receipt request and the address in the "Remarks column (request to the store)" column.
*If you need to send it by mail, please also indicate so.
The receipt issued by our company will be treated as a reissue, and the following will be the official receipt.
■Bank transfer Postal transfer The "transfer receipt" at the time of transfer will be the receipt that can be used for tax declaration.
■Credit card The "statement of use" issued by each credit card company is a receipt that can be used for tax returns.
■Cash-on-delivery The "Cash-on-delivery amount receipt (invoice)" issued by the delivery company is the receipt that can be used for tax declaration.
*Stamping of stamps is omitted, but the amount equivalent to the stamp tax is paid.
*The address listed on the receipt will be the name of the recipient listed in the delivery address. If you would like to use your company name as the address, you can use the "cash on delivery receipt" as a receipt by setting the delivery address to your company. - Q: What should I do if I do not receive an email?

A: If you enter the wrong email address, you will not be able to receive important communications such as order information, so please be careful not to enter it incorrectly. Also, please check your spam folder as our reply may be treated as spam.

- Q: What is the payment method for internet orders?

A: You can choose from credit card, cash on delivery (Sagawa Express), convenience store payment (prepayment), amazonpay, PayPay payment, and bank transfer. Credit cards are issued by credit card companies in Japan, and Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, and American Express can be used. *In the case of telephone or fax, the payment method is bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, the product will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
Regarding delivery
- Q: Can you send the products to my home?

A: Except for heavy items (box trap big size, medium size, enclosure trap), we can deliver all over Japan. In the case of heavy items, basically it will be stopped at the nearby Fukuyama Dori management office. If you go to Fukuyama Transporting to pick up a vehicle with a cargo bed such as a light truck, you can load it on the cargo bed at the sales office. If you are far from our sales office, we also accept direct delivery. Please select "direct delivery to the specified address (car delivery)" displayed on the product page.
- Q: Can I specify the delivery date and time?

A: We are sorry to inform you that we cannot specify the delivery date and time for heavy items such as big box traps. Upon arrival at the sales office, the shipping company will contact the customer by phone. For items other than heavy items, please let us know your desired arrival date and time as necessary. In addition, we will inform you of the inquiry number by e-mail when the product is shipped, so you can specify the arrival date and time from the homepage of each shipping company.
- Q: I want to know about the shipping fee.

A: If the total amount of your order is 18,000 yen or more, shipping is free. *For heavy items (box trap big size, medium size, enclosure trap), a separate shipping fee is charged only for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
If the total amount is less than 18,000 yen, a shipping fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.
- Q: How long will it take to receive the product after ordering?

A: It takes 2 to 7 days from preparing to ship the product. After confirming the payment, the product will be ready for shipment immediately.
*During the busy season, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship. In addition, in the case of a large order or out of stock, it may take time to ship.

A: You can register as a new member from this page , but if you cannot register as a member, the following causes are possible.
・The email address you entered is already registered
If the e-mail address has already been registered, you cannot register as a member again. If you try to register as a member with your registered email address, an error message will be displayed and your registration will not be completed.
・The email address itself is incorrect
