Although they are omnivorous, they tend to prefer sweet foods such as fruits and sweets.

Various lures are used, but ripe fruits (bananas, mandarin oranges, etc.) tend to catch them well. Choose a place where it is easy to look around where you can see the damage of palm civets, and install it in a horizontal place as much as possible.

It is safer to avoid baits such as meat and fish, as cats and weasels can be caught by mistake.
